By joining and participating in our community, you agree to adhere to the following terms of service:

§1. No Trolling

  • 1.1 Participants must refrain from posting inflammatory or off-topic messages.
  • 1.2 Any attempt to provoke others or disrupt the simulation is prohibited.
  • 1.3 Repeated trolling behavior will result in disciplinary actions.
  • 1.4 Constructive criticism is encouraged, but it must be respectful and relevant.
  • 1.5 Misleading or false information intended to deceive other participants is prohibited.

§2. No Harassment

  • 2.1 Participants are prohibited from engaging in any form of harassment.
  • 2.2 This includes, but is not limited to, targeting individuals based on race, gender, ethnicity, religion, or sexual orientation.
  • 2.3 Personal attacks, threats, and intimidation are strictly prohibited.
  • 2.4 Harassing behavior in private messages or public forums will not be tolerated.
  • 2.5 Reporting harassment incidents promptly is encouraged to ensure a safe environment.

§3. No Exploiting

  • 3.1 Participants must not exploit any bugs, glitches, or loopholes within the simulation.
  • 3.2 Exploiting for unfair advantages or to disrupt the experience for others is strictly prohibited.
  • 3.3 Reporting discovered bugs or glitches to developers is required.
  • 3.4 Collaborating with others to exploit is considered a serious offense.
  • 3.5 Using third-party software or tools to gain an advantage is prohibited.

§4. Respectful Behavior

  • 4.1 All participants are expected to treat each other with respect and courtesy at all times.
  • 4.2 A welcoming and inclusive atmosphere within the simulation must be maintained.
  • 4.3 Discriminatory language or behavior will not be tolerated.
  • 4.4 Constructive feedback should be provided in a respectful manner.
  • 4.5 Encouraging a positive and supportive community is the responsibility of all participants.

§5. No Spamming

  • 5.1 Participants should refrain from flooding the simulation with repetitive or irrelevant messages.
  • 5.2 Advertisements or promotions are not allowed without explicit permission.
  • 5.3 Automated spamming tools or scripts are strictly prohibited.
  • 5.4 Spamming through private messages or in-game chat is not allowed.
  • 5.5 Repeated spamming behavior will result in disciplinary actions.

§6. Compliance with Terms of Service

  • 6.1 Participants must adhere to the terms of service and guidelines set forth by the simulation platform.
  • 6.2 All actions must be in accordance with the rules and regulations provided.
  • 6.3 Ignorance of the terms of service is not an excuse for non-compliance.
  • 6.4 Regular updates to the terms of service will be communicated to participants.
  • 6.5 Participants are responsible for staying informed about the terms of service.

§7. Reporting Violations

  • 7.1 Users are encouraged to report any violations of the rules to the Trust & Safety Team promptly.
  • 7.2 Reports should include specific details and evidence where possible.
  • 7.3 False reporting or abuse of the reporting system is prohibited.
  • 7.4 Confidentiality of the reporting user will be maintained to the extent possible.

§8. No Unauthorized Modifications

  • 8.1 Participants are prohibited from making unauthorized modifications to the simulation software.
  • 8.2 Attempting to circumvent security measures put in place by the owners is not allowed.
  • 8.3 Using or distributing modified versions of the simulation software is prohibited.
  • 8.4 Unauthorized modifications that affect gameplay or other users’ experience are not allowed.
  • 8.5 Reporting any discovered unauthorized modifications is encouraged.

§9. Privacy and Confidentiality

  • 9.1 Users should respect the privacy and confidentiality of others.
  • 9.2 Refrain from sharing personal information or engaging in discussions that may compromise security.
  • 9.3 Unauthorized access to another user’s account or personal information is prohibited.
  • 9.4 Discussions involving sensitive or personal information should be avoided.
  • 9.5 Participants should report any breaches of privacy or confidentiality to the Trust & Safety Team.

§10. Compliance with Local Laws

  • 10.1 All participants must comply with applicable local laws and regulations while participating in the virtual McDonald’s simulation.
  • 10.2 Actions must be lawful and ethical.
  • 10.3 Illegal activities conducted within the simulation will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
  • 10.4 Participants are responsible for understanding and adhering to local laws relevant to their participation.
  • 10.5 Ignorance of local laws is not an excuse for illegal behavior.

§11. Language Requirement

  • 11.1 All participants must communicate in English. This ensures clear and consistent communication within the community.
  • 11.2 Use of other languages in public forums is forbidden.
  • 11.3 Participants needing language assistance should seek help from high ranks.
  • 11.4 Violations of the language requirement may result in disciplinary action.

§12. Administrative Rights

  • 12.1 The Meruta Group Administration reserves the right to take appropriate actions against participants for any violations of these terms.
  • 12.2 Disciplinary actions may include warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans from the community.
  • 12.3 Decisions made by moderators are final and binding.
  • 12.4 Appeals for disciplinary actions can be submitted to the Trust & Safety Team for review.
  • 12.5 Meruta Group’s Trust & Safety Team reserve the right to modify these terms of service as necessary.

By joining and participating in the McDonald’s & Partners Roblox Group and Discord Server, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms of service.
